Mission: At AWD Consulting, our mission is to empower and transform individuals and businesses within the construction industry through faith-based sales strategies. Tony resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, with his wife, Rachel, and his three daughters, Elizabeth Hope, Eden Faith, and Alaina Love. He can often be found on the golf course or over the barbecue pit.

Tony started his sales journey over 25 years ago with a foundation repair company in New Orleans, Louisiana. Early on, he was recognized as a revenue producer and an up-and-coming leader. In that company, he became the national sales manager, managing multiple locations with hundreds of sales reps in his first 10 years.

 

Tony would eventually be recruited by a national sales training firm out of Atlanta, Georgia. After spending several years training hundreds of sales reps across North America in addition to developing curriculum, he eventually branched out on his own, finding a niche in the in-home sales construction industry

Today, Tony trains, teaches, and leads companies using a faith-based approach and behavioral science.

 

All knowledge which he gained over the last 25 years. This approach sets him apart from the normal sales and management trainer, who are usually just chasing the dollar! With integrity and purpose, AWD Consulting is creating partnerships for success between homeowners, companies, and sales reps. This is the path to success all while having a peace of mind knowing what is really important.
